The plot of One Punch Man revolves around the adventures of Saitama, a superhero from the fictitious metropolis of City Z. Because of his ability to defeat opponents with only one punch. He’s had enough of the one-punch game and is looking for something more difficult, something he believes he deserves. He feels confined since boredom has taken all his other feelings.

The Hero Association and The Monster Association, both involved in regular conflicts, rescues, and survival scenarios, are opposed to one other throughout One-Punch Man. Saitama, who was previously unaffiliated with the Hero Association, is thereafter admitted to the lowest echelons of the organization.
