2018
Kardashian considered another diet after putting on 15 pounds in 2017. “I’ve shed 20 pounds, and I’m pretty happy about it. I was about 140 forever and now I’m like 116 and it just feels fantastic,” she admitted to E! in August 2018. “I didn’t notice results right away, but when you stay with anything and are consistent, you will. I therefore adore it.

At the time, Kardashian concentrated on her weight training. “I exercise for an hour and a half every day, using heavy weights. I don’t do a lot of cardio,” she admitted. “But honestly, like, even my mom [Kris Jenner] grabbed me aside maybe a week ago and pulled me in a closet and was like, ‘What are you doing?'” I don’t care what; I simply need to know, she declares. I’ve been working out quite hard with a bodybuilder [Melissa Alcantara] for a year. Our first anniversary is in September.

2019

In November, Kardashian admitted through Instagram Stories, “Sometimes you fall off and sometimes you really gotta get it together and this is one of my fallen off periods where I am, I guess, 18 pounds up from what I was around a year ago, a year and a half ago.” “To feel good, I simply want to attain there, like, a really excellent goal weight, and that means working out at all costs,” she added. “I’m eating, that’s why. I exercise, but it’s like, my eating. But Melissa and I have a significant objective for when I’m 40.

2021

In the latter half of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, Kardashian became really interested in eating only plants. She stated, “Plant-based and two workouts a day for 30 days to get our mind and body straight this year,” on January 1st, 2021.

2022

After admitting she had to shed 16 pounds to fit into Monroe’s dress for the Met Gala in May, the Skin creator’s weight became a big subject. She disclosed she had lost a total of 21 pounds the following month.

She stated on Today that it has taught her a lot about her lifestyle and health. “After that, I kept up my good eating. I have now lost 21 pounds. I’m not attempting to shed any more weight, yet I feel more energetic than before. I reduced my consumption of junk food and sugar significantly. Just recently, I made a significant lifestyle shift.
