“Succession” Star Sarah Snook Talks About How The Show “Changed My Life” and Announces that She Is Going to Have a Baby!

Sarah Snook told the world at the Season 4 premiere of Succession that she was pregnant with her first child. At the end of the show, she brought the story full circle by announcing the birth of that same child.

Snook posted a picture of herself watching the finale on Instagram, with a small bald head poking up to her left. She wrote, “I just watched the last show of the last season of something that has changed my life. And now, again, my life has changed.”

At the March opening, Snook told the press that she was pregnant by saying, “I’m 32 weeks,” while holding her stomach on the red carpet.

Snook also said at the premiere that she was pregnant while shooting the last season. “I mean, you couldn’t super tell. “Because it isn’t very big, at least right now,” she said. The writers of the show put in the fact that she was pregnant.

It’s hard to put into words how much this show means to me. It breaks my heart that it’s all over. I got to go to amazing places and work with amazing people. But for my heart to break at all, it had to be this full of memories, good times, challenges, and victories, which makes me thankful. Being lucky enough to be a part of this crazy adventure of a show will be a career highlight that will be hard to beat.

I am so, so proud and awed by everyone’s hard work season after season. We all set high standards for each other, then beat them, and did well in every area. I’m going to miss everything: the friendships, the scripts, the locations, the one-liners, the early starts, the last-minute changes, the highs and lows. The people who work on this show are all skilled, and I’m glad I got to work with them. It’s the people I’ll miss the most.

I just finished watching the last episode of a show that has changed my life. Now, my life has again changed. Thank you for the love and help you’ve given me.
