What Exactly Is the Show’s Structure?
Aspiring performers will give a stage performance for the coaches, who will be seated in front of the room. To facilitate communication and cooperation between the artist and coach, the latter can just click a button on their chair. The artist is immediately added to the team of the coach who turns. It’s up to the artist to choose which side to join if more than one coach turns up in the event of a talent show. Each manager can ‘stop’ another manager from recruiting an artist one time.
