Due to Her Pregnancy, Mandy Moore Cancels the Remaining Shows on Her Tour
Mandy Moore recently declared that she would end her current tour early because “too much travel” had eventually taken a toll on her health.
The This Is Us actress, who is expecting her second child with husband Taylor Goldsmith, stated on Instagram on Tuesday that she would not continue her tour due to her pregnancy and has opted to cancel the remaining scheduled performances for 2022 in order to concentrate on her health.
She wrote in her statement, “It is with a heavy heart and much contemplation that I have to let you all know that I am cancelling my remaining tour dates in 2022. The singer-actress added, “It has been an honour and an incredible dream to return to the stage again this last month, singing for all of you.”
Mandy continued, “When we booked these performances, I wasn’t pregnant and although I honestly felt I could battle through, the manner we are travelling (long hours on the road and not getting enough rest) has caught up, taken its toll, and made it feel too tough to proceed.”
“I know that I have to put my family, my health, and the health of my kid first, and the best place for me to be at this time is at home,” she continued The singer also said in the post that tickets would be returned “at the place of purchase,” informing her followers of this.
