When Will Missy Peregrym’s ‘FBI’ Return After Her Second Child Is Born?

FBI star Melissa Joséphine Oakley gave birth to their second baby, Mela Joséphine Oakley, on Monday, June 6, in the early morning hours of June 6.

A water birth at home was the choice of the 40-year-old actress and her partners Jo @nettlewellness and Alice @alnewby, after a hospital delivery with her first child, Otis. “Pregnancy is normally a time for the baby, but this time it was also a time for myself.

I felt seen and heard, seen and supported, excited and pumped up all at the same time. Much crying and questioning were followed by a lot of laughs.”

FBI star Melissa Joséphine Oakley “I am very grateful that I was given the freedom to make decisions at each stage of the process, as this allowed Mela to enter the world in the most serene and gentle of ways. It’s safe to say that MY portion of the birth was anything from gentle “Peregrym went on to praise her life partner before concluding.

“I can’t express enough my gratitude to Tom for stepping up to allow me to rest and focus on what was most important to me. Our road has not been simple, but it has been rich, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have him as a companion.”

“My best friend, @priscillafaia, was on my left while I gave birth to my daughter. She turned down a job offer to be here with us, choosing to be a part of our family’s growth instead. I know I’m cared for. As a mother of young children, I wish that every mother had this kind of support system “She took to her computer and began to type.

In order to be ready for Mela’s arrival, Peregrym left her role as Special Agent Maggie Bell on the most current season of FBI early. On Friday, she said that she’ll be back on the set in a matter of months.

There are now four members in Missy Peregrym and Tom Oakley’s household!  Fbicbs will begin again in a few weeks, Peregrym announced. When I get to spend time with my family, I’m glad for the time and space I’ve been given to recharge and be a mother (which is more difficult than working!).”

“This is a privilege that I wish every mother/parent/caretaker had,” Peregrym confessed. Thank you to everyone in this community who has shown their love, prayed for us and offered their encouragement.”
